Back to the drawing board

It had been a while since I last picked up a pen or brush, being content, in recent years, to experiment with various computer graphic styles. (I even had a brief flirtation with AI to illustrate one or two written projects). Well, a recent re-evaluation of my work, of my interests and passions, has brought me back to drawing again, to recapture the more expressive, artistic, and organic approach that my image-making had in the early years (of the 1990s) - while still trying to evolve as an artist. The first experiments include ‘caricatures’ of a few composers, as well as my first self-portrait in over twenty-five years.
